PLANT ANOTHER CHURCH! Every member church of our movement will plant another church. This is the easiest, most practical approach to plant 2020 new churches by 2020.

PLANT ANOTHER CHURCH’ FEATURES:
1. SHIFT OF STATUS
The Local Church becoming a Church Planting Church. From “field” to “force”.
Will involve the entire membership and leadership of the local church as the sending church.
Priesthood of every believer is applied, where every member is a minister!
Will commit to motivate, train and mobilize believers
2.CLARITY OF PURPOSE
Back to the original purpose of the church on earth, Acts 1:8.
Review the priority purpose for being of the AoG movement
Sharpen the focus of Church activities and programs to Church Planting.
Need to cut down on activities that do not contribute to their aim of church planting.
3.POWER OF THE LAITY
Put to work the “Non-Performing Assets” of the Church
Mature church people as lay leaders or volunteer pastors under the oversight and mentoring of the Senior Pastor.
Need not hire full time church worker. These are volunteers. May decide to give honorarium, fare and other expense.

“Adopt a Barranggay” method: A couple or family adopts a target place to pastor it.
Continuous training and Parenting/mentoring.
4.HOUSE CHURCH
Will plant House Churches or capilla type of churches, with separate church meetings but under supervision of the local church that planted them.
Use what is there. House; warehouse, restaurants, parlors, Barranggay Hall; Shade of a tree? Remember: Church is people, not building.
Will be creative and imaginative and culture sensitive
5.CENTRALIZED FINANCES
Will set up a centralized finance structure of all these churchplants, with the sending church as the steward and custodian of their finances until such time as the sending church initiates their autonomous status by affiliating them with the District.
Will model to the new churchplants the lifestyle of giving and stewardship.
6.SPECIAL CREDENTIAL
Will secure a special District Ministerial Credential for Lay Pastors on the condition that they will be essentially under direct supervision of the Senior Pastor and are still tithe paying members of the sending church.
Otherwise, a regular district credential will only be issued upon the endorsement of the Senior Pastor, who also releases the worker to the supervision of the district.
